The official Community Announcement (gid 1847286114046455, titled Emberville Early Access Delayed, Launching January 7th 2027) is still the newest studio post on the news feed. It names January 7th 2027. On the same day's appdetails read, App 2295170 has release_date.coming_soon true and release_date.date set to Jan 7, 2027. The public store page for that app shows the release date Jan 7, 2027 beside Coming Soon To Early Access. The page also says the game plans to unlock in approximately 2 months. That line is Steam's relative clock on this date, not a second release date.
A 2026-10-27 store re-read recorded the date string as Coming soon only. January 7 was news-Confirmed then, and it was not yet the appdetails date field. The change log keeps that history. Its 2026-11-03 row recorded the string 7 Jan, 2027. Today's payload prints Jan 7, 2027. Both strings name January 7, 2027. This page does not treat the word order as a new launch day.
coming_soon true means the app is not unlocked. The date string is a schedule label. It is not an Observed Day-1, and it is not a receipt that an Early Access build can be installed today.

The date field changing from Coming soon to Jan 7, 2027 does not set a price, a build id, or a save-migration rule. Buying is still not offered by this payload. Use the free Demo (App 5355880, released Oct 19, 2026) if you want a playable Windows build during the wait. That Demo date is not the Early Access date.
