Editorial rules after the delay#
- Prefer the delay announcement for the live calendar; keep older pages as dated historical locks.
- Never backfill October 27 Observed rows with invented tests.
- Grade PC Gamer and similar feed items as Unverified external press only.
- When the store API starts printing January 7, 2027 in release_date.date, publish a fresh dated store re-read — do not silently edit this matrix without a new evidence page.
