Purpose#
This sheet tells editors how to fill Diff rows on Early Access Day-1 without inventing redeem codes, build IDs, or inheritance numbers. Pair it with the Steam store facts checklist and the patch log template.
Evidence grades#
| Grade | Meaning | Day-1 use |
|---|---|---|
| Confirmed | Official store / studio / in-game string on a recorded build | Safe for Diff cells |
| Observed | Self-tested on a recorded build id | Diff OK if build id is logged |
| Reported | Second-hand claim not yet retested | Footnote only; do not promote to Confirmed |
| Unverified | Trailer / screenshot only | Cadence context, not Diff numbers |
| Unknown | No usable evidence | Leave blank or mark Unknown — never pad |
Day-1 Diff row template#
Copy one row per change. Do not invent cells.
